Put them down,and Everytime you feel the urge,stop and say a little prayer for strength to overcome the urge. Fasting,and cutting out the bad foods may help you reach your second goal. I intermittently fast every day. Will pray for your success.

Please pray for me. Prayers are all I need. I’m a single mom, my husband passed away years ago, I’m all alone. I’m struggling to provide for my children. I feel like a failure. But no matter what I will keep faith in Jesus. I can’t seem to get back on my feet. I lost my job for declining the vaccine. I declined due to my health conditions. I suffer from lupus, and heart disease. I’m now waitressing and so thankful to be working but I’m not making nearly enough to get by. I have two beautiful sons both are autistic. I’m overwhelmed because they require so much from me. I recently started homeschooling them because they were having so many issues including bullying. With homeschooling them my hours to work are now limited. Every month is a struggle to not end up on the streets with my boys. I’m so tired of not being able to afford simple things like groceries. But I know God will provide. He has this far. Jesus hear my prayers. I have so much love for you. I know you will carry me through this difficult journey. All Praise to THE MOST HIGH!

If you're a member of the Church, they can help you so you don't end up homeless. If you're not, you can look up local soup kitchens and other free food to help with the bills. God bless!

Maybe talk to your Bishop and take the self reliance classes. It helps to be surrounded by people who are going through similar things!! Your life is overwhelming but remember, you are NEVER alone.♥️

This challenge and a recent ward conference inspired me to start my own challenge to rely more on the Savior in an effort to overcome the world more in my life. So far it has been a blessing! Grateful for this check in and hope we each continue drawing nearer to Christ.

I resolved yesterday that I'm going to go through the temple and go on a mission this year. I have some work to do with some issue I have, but my goal is to submit my papers on June 12th!

Years ago when I started "dragging" myself to the gym, it was rough. Then I tried adding new things to my routine here and there: asking staff how this or that machine works, watching people who are obvious athletes and asking a quick question, etc. Sooner or later I was excited to go to the gym, and felt the endorphins it gives PLUS the self esteem of doing my personal best. This is just the greatest idea! Just a little tip, though we want quick results sometimes, it’s not a race to reach a goal. Hi Joe, I'm still learning about what faith, hope, and love (charity), is. Faith does have to do with our own free will or free agency. Faith is a righteous trust in God, and that he will fullfil his promises to us when we choose to show love for him, and mankind. In other words our faithful decisions to follow Jesus Christ in showing love for God and mankind, will determine our eternal destiny. Although undoubtedly it is through the grace of Jesus Christ that we are saved, but we have to choose to accept Christ as our Lord and Savior, which means we have choose to show love for him and all mankind, including ourselves, with our whole soul, and to love our neighbor as ourselves to be be saved. If we say we accept Jesus as our Lord and savior, with our lips only, and don't keep his commandments, by "feeding his sheep," and showing our love for all we can, our faith is fake. Faith is our love in action to access the grace of Christ. Hi Doug, That's kind of you to say about the warm sentiments part. I politely and respectfully disagree with what you say, about us members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, worshipping a false Christ. I would never say that another Christian faith worships a false Christ. Why would a fellow Christian speak words of enmity, attack, and even denounce a another's faith by attacking the very foundation of their faith, which is in Christ the Lord? Christ taught to not only love our friends, but to love our enemies, and to do good to those who hate you and to pray for those who despitefully use you and persecute you. How is sowing seeds of contention, supposed to be helpful in showing love for God and mankind? "And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment." Mark 12:30 While many people these days, who are professing to be "Christians," are wasting their time attacking other faiths, unfortunately including fellow Christian brothers and sisters, many people are leaving completely. Especially this generation z. Pew reports say that a record amount of people are giving up on God, or are choosing not to go to church anymore. While many people are attacking each other with unkind words, the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, are working with many charitable organizations, including fellow Christians, to help bless mankind around the world with clean water, food, wheelchairs, clothing, education, home building, medical supplies and training, etc. We choose to show love for God and mankind. I choose to love you, and God loves you very much! May God bless you with peace, and joy in your life.
