I felt this very liberating, like meditating…would love to see more of those genuine gestures and color spots! Have a great year! 💐💞

It really is like meditation, one of the best ways to be in the present moment! Very Tuesday a new video will be coming out, I’d love to see you back!

Thanks! I turn to this a lot when I’m not sure what to paint.

agreed. my ADHD paralysis is so epic it's almost like a mythical creature. if i don't limit myself to no more than 4-5 options (max) I'd never finish a project. in modified version of this, I work on 4 different things at the same time to avoid both boredom and the anxiety of infinite choices. rn, im gelli printing, drawing, binding my loose pieces into a book and playing w different mediums and fillers to make a good gesso. all i have to do is to focus on finishing these tasks before i create more for myself. ugh. creativity and ADHD cause too much attrition.

I have friends and 1 kid with ADHD, it’s so hard to focus! I love that you’re still creating and have found a way to keep it interesting. Even without ADHD myself, I’m a mixed media artist because even I get bored easily. I need the ability to switch like you do. I still need to try gelli printing, it looks so fun! Thanks for your comment to continue the conversation, I loved hearing how your creativity plays out.
