the funniest thing is how easy it actually is to make the mochi, if you have a recipe. Like it's one of the first things little kids in my family learn how to make, because it's like three ingredients and you can put it in the microwave. Suggestions for future Without a Recipe episodes: Crepe (sweet or savory crepes would be a nice mix), Mooncake, Cupcake, Ravioli/Lasagna, Chocolate/Truffles (idk if they'd make chocolate from scratch since it takes so long but it'd be interesting if they did to make their own bonbons or truffles), Biscuits/Scones (maybe add tea and jam/cream to make it more difficult?), Souffle, Creme Brulee, Ice Cream Milkshake (make your own milk AND ice cream, maybe use the milk they make to make the ice cream too?), Hot Dog, Quiche. Just wanted to see if I'll predict any future episodes 🙌I kinda thought one day they'd do Crocumbouche but denied it because it's such a labor extensive feat, but they did! Looking forward to seeing how they up the stakes 🐱
