Just gonna say Asian food overall is a real experience. Thai, Vietnamese, Japanese, Chinese, Indian... the huge variety of flavour and experiences that are somewhat familiar with one another year so unique. I love food and I'm so lucky to have travelled to these places to experience the real flavours of their food. Thankfully, I have also kept a few friends locally who have retained the non-westernised versions of their palate. I get to enjoy the traditional flavours when I see them.

That's why, as much as I love other cuisines out there(including my own), Thai food is just my absolute favourite. The complexity of flavours and how one dish can taste completely different from the other, in many different ways and levels, makes it one of the best(or the best) cuisine in the world. It's like they juggle flavours and textures and it's such an experience whenever you eat Thai food.

Whaaaat!! Cantonese call it jook too, and we eat the same thickness rice porridge (I found out a few years ago some Asian countries eat it more watery). That’s so cool how connected everyone is lol. Hers looks so good too 😍

There are soo many Thais with Chinese descent (I'm also one of them), so a lots of Thai dishes are originated in China but with some thai's alterations

We called it Jook because it came from China. It’s basically Chinese food but we just adapted into Thai style.

I loved Keith's excitement over that fried chicken. It's always amazing to find favourite dishes like that. I have buttloads of allergies and love finding food I can eat and get excited in very much the same way. Also, I have geographic tongue too and was on daily antihistamines and noticed that it went away while I was on them regularly. It's worth giving a try, considering how much Keiths tongue bothers him if it helps.

My mom is Thai, so we visit Thai town all the time. My cousin actually works at OTUS and we visit Bhan Kanom all the time lol. I was so excited when I saw them say they were doing Thai food and I'm glad to see them adventuring out and eating more than just just pad Thai. I was so excited to see them eat Khao Soi because my mom is from Chiang Mai and I grew up eating Khai Soi!

"Bhan kanom Thai" basically means "home of the Thai cake(s)/pastry" or "Thai cake house"... which is adorable. I loved all the chefs especially lovely June! And Alvin has THE most beautiful voice! I would also see more of Marissa who is so much fun. And Ryan is such a charming guy and cutie... Would love to hug him!

I married into a Lao family and the food is one of my absolute favorite things about it!! They make a lot of Thai and Lao food daily. My favorite is this spicy coconut based soup that you eat with rice noodles called Khao Poon, or Kao Poon Nam Gai. It's so freaking good, and I recommend anyone that likes spicy coconut curry to try it. But my Father in Law makes a style of chicken that is similar to Hat Yai, but instead of being fried he broils it in the oven. Either way, it's so good!!

As someone who loves eating Thai food, this video made me so excited. Thai food is truly very comforting to eat. Though I personally don't like Fanta and would never pair Fanta with Thai food, I am glad they sponsored this video which helped shed light on local restaurants and a great cuisine. Kudos to the Guys for keeping the video about the food and not letting the sponsors over power it.
