నేను కూడా 21 days chalange లో భాగంగా నాకు జరిగినవి 1.ఉదయం 4:35 గంటలకు లేవడం , 2. 40 నిముషాలు వర్కౌట్ చేయడం 3. బ్రెష్ చేసి 1 లీటర్ నీళ్లు త్రాగడం , 4.తరువాత మళ్ళీ రెండవ సారి మోషన్. 5. తరువాత లెమన్ టీ త్రాగడం. (నేను పొద్దున్నే 1 నీళ్లు త్రాగకుంటే ఎదో కోల్పోయిన ఫిలింగ్ )

Missed one thing: Sleep is one of the important things for brain health. During a good sleep, not only bodily functions be reset, it will also reset the brain function too. Just to know it’s importance , have poor sleep for a week and see how the brain curse at you and you will feel the importance of the sleep. Good luck guys!
