However, a large amount of others can cling to positivity like a safety blanket to ignore the realities of life. I know people in my life who do both. I'm on day 2 of quitting Kratom cold turkey If you're unfamiliar with Kratom, it's a mostly legal substance related to the opioid family, I've been taking it for the past 5 years It's ruined my life completely and I'm fully committed to the withdrawals associated with quitting it altogether once and for all 1 thing that Kratom takes away from you is the ability to "feel" music like this, when you're on it, everything just feels gray and dull. The amount of euphoria I just experienced listening to this for the first time nearly made me burst into tears I hope and pray no one is ever dumb enough to put themselves in the situation that I did ever taking this shit If you've heard of Kratom and are on the fence about taking it, I'm begging you PLEASE do not take it. I just had the best trip ever sitting down, and meditating to this. I spent the last 3 hours as a lone wolf cave man, walking thru a dark, empty valley with a torch made of Palo Santo. I kept looking up at the night sky, and the stars were never so bright. I kept stopping in caves or under trees to sit by the camp fires. I never felt so at peace.

I am very thankful to read this comment section. When you come off an Ayahuasca experience and are dropped back into normal life, it can be very frustrating and disappointing to deal with some of the egos, hatred, stress, trauma, and resentment that's built up inside people and then projected at me. Sometimes it even makes me slip back into my old habits and re-awakens my own nasty ego and I start living wrong and forgetting the message again... Then I go back into that space and again I am reminded. So to anybody that understands how this feels I say this - Do not forget. You are absolutely unique. Let go of all of these things you hold onto that are stressing out over and never forget the blissful, loving dance of nature and it's many vibrations and colors and eccentricities. Good luck out there everybody, I understand it's hard sometimes.

Happy fathers day everyone! This helped me heal from years of watching my dad suffer from progressive Supra nuclear palsy. Meditation helped me remember my father for who he really was before he went downhill. Helped me thank him for all the lessons he taught me and passing it on to my younger siblings. Bless you friend. I always miss my dad so much. I wish i could talk with him again, ask him for advice on raising my children, life, etc. My dad had the patience of a saint with me and i was quite a Hellraiser growing up. He didnt yell, he didnt scream, he didn't threaten. He taught me about doing the right thing and that he was always proud of me and there for me no matter what so in turn I never wanted to let him down or stress him. He was a great man(as Im sure your father was as well)so there's no doubt in my mind that if there is a wonderful place after we pass on from this life then they are there waiting for us. I always try to remember that even if its just nothingness after we die, like it was before our births then so be it because eternal rest doesnt seem so bad.

I've slowly been feeling more clarity recently and it's become easier to make decisions based on my intuition. I've been attracting things that benefit me and I'm so glad that the universe had led me to this video. I've been struggling to fall asleep and this has worked for me and made me feel so calm. I hope anyone reading this who is struggling to overcome anything will find hope from my success. I still struggle to face life's challenges, but since becoming consistent with meditating to frequencies like this one, I've able to access more and more wisdom from my higher self that I've forgetten that I even have. What is this magic you make? I listened to this outside in the heat. My wall mounted fan did nothing to relieve my discomfort. However, after a couple of minutes in a cool breeze enveloped me seemingly from all directions. The only sounds I could hear were the roar of ocean waves, but I live miles away from the nearest beach. This was a lovely experience. Thank you!

I don't think this is true, and it's not what the traditions of yoga or Buddhists teach. We feel a range of emotions, based on our situations, and the thing is to not react or get lost in the emotion. We should be outside of our self, the big I observing the little I, cultivating a sense of equanimity regardless of what life throws at us. But that doesn't mean we're always happy, or can simply choose happiness after the death of a loved one or while under the rule of tyranny; it's important to realize that the only reliable thing is change, happiness won't last, but neither will unhappiness; and to have one, we must have the other, there's a balance, described as Yin/Yang by one ancient culture. The point is to find the center of the wheel, if we want to ride the high we will be subject to the lows, but to find the now in our breath is to escape this dream and just watch the show, and emotions, even the icky ones are part of the show.
