One punishment is designated for each round of food. So, if they eat food 1, they get punishment 1...if they eat food 4, they get punishment 4. I LOVE that idea LOL.

For those of you who do not know even if you are lactose intolerant you can still have cheese especially the cheese on pizza because mozzarella cheese does not have lactose. Cheddar cheese and swiss cheese and Parmesan and a whole bunch of other cheeses do not contain lactose because they are aged cheeses. If you are buying a package of cheese check the back of the package for the sugar content and if it says 0 grams added sugar that means it's lactose free

@@nightgoddess9 there are certain cheeses that you can't have because they are a very high lactose. Those are usually soft cheeses like cream cheese and cottage cheese and ricotta cheese. The only problem is that you have to be very careful with milk products and ice cream. It's best to have lactose-free milk and lactose-free ice cream and also if you can find it lactose-free yogurt. Of course you can always find milk alternatives.
