I can't believe Dorothy got it backwards. If Dirk were five dog years younger than Blanche, he'd be less than a year younger than her. (1 human year = 7 dog years). But people are still cracking up over that line like it's the best burn of the series. It was a FAIL, people! And from the supposedly smart character, too. How'd no one catch this mistake in the script before it wound up in the show?
