After my niece's first Halloween when she was about two and realized if knock on door you get candy, the next day we took her for a walk. She ran right up the first porch she saw and started knocking thinking it wasn't everyday thing. It was a very short walk😂😂

❤65yr old from USA again...We used to do Halloween Huge ( haven't last 5 years, Hubby and I old with arthritis..logistics of putting stuff up and taking down too much) BUT in heyday we had inflatables ,lights ( ones on strings strobe lights and a projector that projected lighting bolts on house) ghosts hanging from trees, a Fog machine,bunch of gravestonesinyard & Spooky music playing ...Do get to appreciate our decorations though..we gave ours away to 3 neighbors...the neighbor next door added a new addition this year...a 20ft plastic skeleton 😂😂..our development is a "Go to" place for Halloween...people here have been doing it up for 20yrs..people drive from far away to come here 😀 😊 Only " Bad time " one year my Hubby dressed as scary clown...had to make him take off costume early in night..he was traumatizing kids 😂😂 ❤❤ the post and say Hi to Gaynor ❤❤

I've never liked these videos where people pretend to eat their kids candy. It's not funny and they carry it on for way way too long. The kids are clearly very upset. I think it's a mean prank.

Jimmy Kimmel has a Halloween bit that he does where he has parents tell their kids that they ate all the Halloween candy on film . it is hilarious.

Parents aren't doing the I ate your candy prank as much anymore. If they are still doing it, they haven't done the research that shows what we've learned so far. I think most parents mean well, but it's a prank that has long term consequences if taken too far. Layla had every right to be pissed off. I would've done the same thing for my candy, and I'd even be more pissed that it "was just a joke."
