As a kid born in 86, I can confirm that we also tried to stand on boards underwater and promptly got smacked in the face with it after falling off. We probably didn’t invent it either but we continued the legacy that continued until 2012 if the video is correct on the back end.

I submitted the StephenPlays clip! Crystal was right, that was Mario Party 4 and the gang was playing it for their yearly Extra Life streams. Stephen & Friends are a great group so I really do recommend checking the channel out if you like a good variety of gaming content.
