It's probably just a fellow Deer Hunter. I've been pulled over a few times for this same thing. Cops in Iowa are quick to understand around Deer season. Just don't cover your truck bed. If they walk up and take a quick look, they get all the information they need and just ask to see your licenses(hunting, ect). If your bed is covered, they do the whole 'step out of the vehicle sir' thing. It's more inconvenient for everyone.

Considering physical cash is getting rarer and rarer to be used in favor of digital currancy. It is entirely possible a person can't donate physically and still shop. Also it's entirely in your rights not to donate especially if you can only afford food for yourself. Also money is not what homeless people need. With the title giveing it away most need a modern living space with all amenities we have in ours. Problem is nearly all have addictions hard to live with mental /physical needs and behaviors and all need extensive reintegration therapy which most will be resistant to. So people don't want to give them shelter Becouse who wants a druggie abrasive ptsd riddled self destructive person in thier property with a 99% chance they will both not reform and will trash thier house due to being more used to a transient lifestyle. Now this isn't all homeless especially in this recession but its easier to take in cooperative providers then mentally needy codependants which is what most permanent homeless are. Poor people will strive not to stay poor if given the chance. But most homeless are just mentally struggling people abandoned by society some by thier own families all Becouse of a hard to live with problem.
