Have you mom cut the wide leg pants into shorts! They would then be perfect for a hot weather vacation. I would pair the pink pants with the green plaid shirt, the green beach bag, and the sneakers with the pop of green. Love the green skirt, it would look awesome with a lavender tank top of some kind. You sure got a lot of great things and hopefully you do a lookbook of all your outfits when you are on your vacation.

I'm so excited for you to finally go to Hawaii...I know you've been planning these holibobs for a long time! I love what you thrifted to wear...(funny, when you showed the scrubs green carpenter pants...I just found a pair of Levi's carpenter jeans as, we in Canada, head into fall.) I absolutely loved the wide leg pink pants on you...I think they're awesome on you. I'll be traveling soon, too...next month...going to the UK to visit my cousin and girlfriend...I'll be bringing some of my mum's ashes to return to the homeland. We're also going to take a jaunt to Porto to explore, enjoy seafood and, of course, porto wine...end my trip visiting some good friends in Belfast...I'm so excited and have been thrifting the odd bits to incorporate with thrifted pieces I already have...it's so fun to plan vacation looks and I think you've done a marvelous job...bringing pieces that will play well with others! I also wanted to mention that you probably don't like wide leg pants is because I think you are a Gamine. I am a Theoretical Romantic and they are not my best look either although I like how they feel. Wide leg pants are not made for petites.

Hi Jo. You were so lucky to find the pieces in pure cotton and linen. I do like that red & white striped skirt but can I tell you something without sounding rude? The way that the stripes line up on your butt make you look like you have a little tail. I never would have paid any attention to that but I watched a video about pattern print and placement. And I needed to donate some items, ha ha!! Why do you call them sand shoes? What does that mean? Actually those shoes are nurse's shoes. They have flat soles so that they can be easily cleaned from hospital yucks. I still adore how you call a bathing suit a causey. Have a fantastic vacation in Hawii.
