Stop waking up with pain
Make sure your pillows are high enough to keep your spine nice and aligned
not too high, not too low
Create a trench for your shoulder to hide in, stop crushing them
if this is not comfortable, place a pillow behind, bring your shoulder forward and lean back
Tie a blanket, bed sheet, or towel around your waist to provide support for your lumbar spine.
Place a pillow between your legs when sleeping on your side, this is to keep the hips nice and aligned, not falling forwards.
For foot pain, known as plantar fasciitis, wear a "foot up" splint throughout the night to keep the plantar fascia stretched out, so it doesnt get stiff throughout the night.
