What when i press down the piano key and the bones or whatever is inside makes a crack sound? It doesnt hurt me, quite opposite but its not really like pain but my wrist feels uncomfortable. And when i click the piano key its a 5 secs reliev then it again starts to feel uncomfortable. Like i said its not pain but uncomfortable

I started arm wrestling professionally and started doing all the arm wrestling lifts which strengthens the hand wrist and forearm. I no longer hurt at all.

i thought i was just doomed and it was arthritis. i had a distal bicep tear and arm/wrist immobile for a couple week. the bone is huge. wrist feels weak and gets tired when twisting. at least now i know the name of the area/bones.

injured it I believe from doing incline dumbell press. I only recently started to make the dumbells parallel to the ground so that puts alot of pressure on the pinky side of the wrist which I did not train at all.

The symptoms that you mentioned was exactly my symptom and I really recommend gradually building up to the max intensity because whenever I wanted to exercise I was hesitant to lower the intensity ,that slowed the recovery process.(I do calisthenics)

Excellent and humorous. I fell two days ago (trainer caught in a deep crack on the pavement) - profuse nosebleeds, sore wrist, bashed knee, and will start these exercises for the wrist pain. will give feedback later. THANK YOU for your down to earth, jargon free, non-repetitive advice!

I punch a wall 3 years ago. The pain never went away. I lost all strength in my wrist. I mean I can do push ups and stuff but it hurts after. Is it too late to fix??

I have a TFCC tear after FOOSH injury. After a few days, I notices a DRUJ instability w ulnar head prominence. Piano key sign. They prefered to cast me in supination. The ulnar head is subluxated slightly. Pain is minimal now after a month. Any suggestions when cast comes off? Scar tissue at ulnar head massage?

I got this pain from Armwrestling… LOTS of armwrestlers have this wrist pain, because LOTS of moves require your wrist the compress your wrist and pronate or supinated. W video

I have the EXACT same injury from doing 2 finger pocket one arms and it made a huge popping sound. All tests and differential diagnosis is the same as yours. I’d love to see the recovery of this
