Wow so many choices for vegans! I remember going there when I was a vegetarian close to when AKL first opened and I loved it. I think I am long overdue for another visit. Also I appreciate those time stamps. That must’ve taken a long time.

The harira used to be my favorite but they must have changed the recipe because it hasn't been the same the last couple of times I've gone. They had an African stew the last I went though and that was seriously so delicious.

I was there on December 2nd for breakfast and they changed the dessert to Eggnog Bread Pudding and it was TO DIE FOR! So good with the vanilla sauce and overall an awesome buffet 😋

Excellent video! I only went to Boma for breakfast, but I want to try dinner! My favorite items from the breakfast menu were the turkey bobotie and the bread pudding! Actually everything was delicious except that papaya, grapefruit, and avocado salad. 0.5/5 salads. Only reason I give it a 0.5 is because I didn't need to spit it out, but I was close! Gotta agree with you on the Partake lemon cookies too. I love lemon and I love Partake, but those are awful!

I watched this after dinner so I should have been full but all the food here looked so good and made me so so hungry all over again. You said try this secret dish, but I want to try all of them. Thank you for trying a good handful of the desserts I know they are not always your jam (flamingo cake aside).

It is crazy how much of an impact the servers have on your meal. I think they forget that:/ A great meal can get ruined so quickly with poor service! That cake looks sooo good!

Thanks Princess and Bear -- Boma is on my list as is Citricos for my 'fancy' food on my trip - I think I'm down to quick services on my decision making difficulties. I need to figure out if there are good places to pick up fruits and vegetables, I know I can get all kinds of fries and fast food but a whole week of that is too much.

There's TONS at Animal Kingdom and EPCOT. You've got a few choices at Hollywood Studios too. Magic Kingdom is going to be the hard one.

ate there the last 2 trips so probably wont next trip. they had a vegetable stew that wasn't bad. chicken was better than the beef or ribs.

We didn't have the book at that time and we don't have his name committed to memory. When we got the chef, we asked for the tofu dish and he said yes.
