125g Unsalted Butter 75g Icing Sugar 22g egg 1 drop Vanilla Essence 2.4g Butter Flavour 250g Low Gluten Flour 1 pinch Salt 1. Beat butter & icing sugar on low speed using paddle attachment. 2. Add in egg, vanilla essence & butter flavour and continue beat. 3. Add in flour and salt, beat till become dough. 4. Rest in chiller before use. 5. Bake at 130C-140C in preheated oven.
