Probably best to tap into the parking light fuse, that will work when the parking and driving lights are turned on.

The yellow fuses you used for the fuse tap, did you put in 20s for the bottom and top of the tap?

I did this with the DRL Sequential Turn light strips right after I finally got the projector lights I ordered

the front of the hood has a weatherstrip attached. did you take that off or does it sit on the light strip?

Just sits on the light strip! Just make sure you dont install it to far back!

The lights worked good! I had an issue with one but they replaced it no questions asked. There are a bunch of brands that make these lights now though so maybe just go based off best reviews!

Use a fuse that isnt important to the running of the vehicle, and also use one thats only on when your vehicle is on, hope that helps!!

Honestly im not sure! We dont have any on any of our vehicles at the moment so i havent got to try it out!

Won't work with a hood bug deflector ...Light strip takes a hit from the bottom of the plastic bug deflector every time you close your hood on a RAM 1500...could be the reason that banks of lights go out...not any other good places for this light that I like with my truck and i like to keep my deflector....But very cool!
