1st mistake is not removing all that hair. The tape needs to stick to the skin, not the hair.

That's true. It does better on bare skin. We cover that in our prepping for taping video.

much better if you just massage it 5mins hard massage pushing it downwards will help heal faster

That does not work for chronic shin splints. I have yet to find anything that cures and prevents them completely. I've tried everything from personal strength trainers and running coaches to dry needling.

@@geekedrehab i had a soccer game were my opponent kicked my inside ankle but the ball was in between my foot and his and that resulted in a sprain i guess

​@@father6371Thing shin splints is they're caused by high intensity training without build up or simply weak ankles or knees that can simply be strengthened. There's no reason to stop running, but rather start improving the strength of your legs so they never start in the first place.
