Cats are funny creatures and it doesn't matter how many times you put a bowl of water out, they just won't drink it. The Catit Pixi water fountain has been extremely helpful for me personally as our cats were wary of it at first but after a few days they began to use it.
It's most likely a water fountain that you wouldn't want to keep in a bedroom as it does generate some noise when it's pumping the water and changing the filters are so easy even I can do it :)

I just bought the stainless steel one for my cat. As yet she's not used it. Any tips?

Hello there :) I hope you're well. Cats are fussy creatures ain't they :) To be honest, mine pick and choose when they want to use the stainless steel one we got. Just when we think they're not going to use it anymore, we turn around and they're using it. A few things I would try are: - Put a normal bowl of water down next to the water fountain just so they can get used to being by the fountain so they can get familiar with it being there. - Try giving them treats but give it to them over the water fountain, once again, just so they can be familiar with it being there and they may associate with having a treat by it and it may entice them to take more notice of the fountain. - Could even try pretending to drink the water from it yourself (I know it will look silly) and let your cat watch you. - Try leaving the water on the fountain but turn the power off so it's not flowing the water into it but there's still water available on the fountain for them to drink Also, I would try not to make too much of a fuss and trying to force them to drink from it. I've had a number of cat products which my cats didn't seem to have any interest in whatsoever and then a few weeks down the line, I turn around to find them rolling around with the toy they usually wouldn't give a second look to. Do keep me updated and let me know how it goes. What cat do you have by the way? I like being nosey :)
