I was one of the "This Galactus deck took me to Infinite" people and can't say enough good things about it. I went from 73 to 93 fairly quickly, then stalled at 90. This shot me up to Infinite in just a few hours. That said, we have to remember that this game is heavily RNG based and what works for one person doesn't always work for the next. That's not expressed enough in the semi-clickbaity titles of a lot of the YT videos you see in the Snap Community. I'm going to try out the Bounce list and see how it does for me. Not only that, but as soon as a deck is featured in a video like this it immediately becomes less effective because people are seeing it more and know how to recognize it and play against it. That's why there's a new "meta breaking deck" every few days.

I played 8 games of the galactus deck in this video and lost them all. I switched decks and won multiple 8 cubers lol

It is important to note that the reason Elsa is not seeing play right now is because she currently doesn't work with Spider-Man as a fourth slot or falcon / beast as the fourth slot with her current ability, but that will be fixed in the upcoming patch according to the leaked notes and she will once again work with those cards.

Thanks for the answer! I never thought of the maximus comparison. I think as long as the change from the patch notes JLed95 mentioned in the comments occurs, that old move Elsa deck will come back from the shadows.

I made a Skaar deck with Silk and HB. It can get a 10 power card on the power on T3. I also tried on with IF, Miles, and Armor. I’m not a great deck builder, so I’m sure there are better options. LOL

I've also been enjoying the Zoo life. My early and mid game are fairly divergent than the Prashaun list, but you can't go wrong with Blue Marvel into Valkyrie to close.

Hitting infinite becoming easier has to do with learning what works and doesn't work. Which archetypes are good against the pocket meta that month and which you feel most comfortable playing. Knowing when to tech cards like Enchantress or Armor if some archetypes are running rampant and abusing their power. It becomes easier as well once you stop playing fun bad decks and settle for a core meta until you reach Infinite. ❤️ hope this helps somebody

On a more "negative" but real talk note, if you're actually a decent player then the climb to infinite has been absolutely free ever since the 7 cubes per rank and +3 free ranks every 10th update - the ladder is absolutely packed with easy bots, I've done the climb in the first 1-2 days every season for awhile now as f2p. If anyone reading is struggling to hit infinite then it is strictly a skill issue - don't go looking for other factors to blame, just try figure out where you're going wrong!

@JohnDoeMS I was mainly addressing the point from the video where somebody commented that each successive time reaching infinite feels easier. The number of cubes per rank is irrelevant to my experience. It's easier to rank up faster with less cubes. But of course if you're not reaching infinite it partially has to do with a "skill issue." Part of the skill involved in reaching infinite in the first place is correctly assessing the meta. Not everyone intuitively understands these games. Experience with Magic, Yugioh, Hearthstone, and others made it easy for me to hit infinite on my 3rd month and every month since. Although I wasn't truly trying at first. 🤷‍♂️

I have almost the same deck of the easy bounce with Havok.. I honestly think Havok is such a dope card, and I'm starting to like bounce decks. I wish Beast could be reverted back to a 2 cost lol, but I know that would be broken with a lot of the cooler 1 drops currently.. but adding Havok makes the deck even more insane with adding 8 power if you drop him turn 5. If Magik is out then its even crazier

I'm using a translator so sorry if the words are wrong lol, these two versions of galactus I made now because I love the card and its effect and it's crazy so far there were only 8 cubes and I played 4 games I went from 70 to 80+ in the best minutes so far at this exact moment is the best version I found (Before OTA)

But..in the hopes they character mastery will work retroactively, now I guess I’ll go hog wild on my CL (was holding back once I hit around 9k).

Been thinking I might have to quit this game for a while. Every time I play it's nothing but a source of negativity and frustration, as I go in and lose 9/10 times no matter what decks I play, and I'm finally recently at a point where I have access to a good number of higher end decks that I've been eager to play up to now. Like a couple of these decks I'm playing are ones that I spent the last couple months hoping so much to get to play them, feeling so excited to see what it was like, but now I have them and somehow have the absolute worst luck with them. Literally spent 3 hours straight the other day doing nothing but losing matches, despite having some solid deck options. I mean I've been losing left and right, struggling to even STAY in the 70s in regular ladder, and a lot of what I'm losing to feels just awful, a lot of situations where I'm winning and I'm drawing all the perfect cards and everything's working out well, except right at the end turns 6 or sometimes 7 the opp steals it out from under me. It's such a frustrating time, and I don't know what I'm doing wrong anymore. I want to keep playing, mostly because I want to keep earning credits to keep upgrading cards (making my cards prettier is really all I care about in this game, as I'm not much one for actual competition) but man I have had such an awful time with this game lately that the only solution I can think of is to take a step away for the foreseeable future, which sucks because I used to really enjoy this game. Idk what happened. Either it's the meta, or I'm bad at the game, or I'm legit one of the most unlucky players ever idk. Sorry to have to vent, but I just don't really have many people (just one friend, and he's slow to respond) to talk about this game with. Anyway, I'll still keep checking out the channels I love, like yours Glazer, but I really just need a break from this game until either the meta is in a better state or until I feel like I can try to come back and hope I have a better time of it.

Yeah I have, I've learned a lot in the past few months in general, and every time I try new decks or switch something out in one I'm playing I always try to learn the playlines and when to snap/retreat etc. I'm doing everything I can think of, but always feel like every match I go into (apart from some of the bot matches) is an uphill battle with the opp already at the top and me on a sled. I just wish I could have fun again. I've said it before, but I wish they'd give us some kind of less competitive mode that'd still let us earn creds/gold/etc, maybe a story mode or something. @@snapjudgmentspod

I’ve been having success using scarlet witch to ruin HE. I highly recommend changing the location when they float round 6. Also think about using that 3 drop that stops them from cheating there cards out . I think his name is mobius m
