Leeks (3 stalks)
6 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tbs Oyster sauce
2 tbs oil
Salt to taste
Method
Heat pan with oil when the oil is hot add in the garlic fry the garlic until it turns slightly brown then add in the leeks stir this then add in the salt. Mix it well and finally add in the oyster sauce give it a good mix until everything is well combined then turn of the flame. Serve and enjoy this simple and easy dish. Do give this recipe a try.
