Starfield of nyx + stasis = no one is untapping

If you’re recurring it each turn with starfield of nyx then it doesn’t work. If you don’t pay the blue mana to keep it you sac it and won’t get it back till the beginning of your next upkeep so each players get to untap during that rotation. It only hurts you in that scenario.
