I recently bought a new build spec home w Taylor Morrison in this new big development called Aurora Highlands.. 10K homes being built… I did a VA loan cus I’m a 15 year veteran, who served in the Air Force 💙🤍♥️.. 2-1 buydown.. 3.5- 1st year, 4.5- 2nd year and 5.5 year 3-30-or Life of loan.. @@von-chaemicole1160 😂.. Thank you for your service! 🇺🇸 I love Denver, CO. I actually like Taylor Morrison built homes. They build here in GA too. How has everything been going with your recent purchase? WOW, 10K homes being built? That is a lot. That is not a bad interest rate buy down as long as you feel you will be in a good position once it turns into the 30 yr fixed rate. I had a good Merry Christmas 🎄🎁, hope you did too. @@Clarktherealtor it’s ok! They are doing better ones now.. I believe like 4.99… but I was truly blessed w my deal, no down payment nor any money for closing. TM paid it all. Thank God. I got like $8K back at closing.. I bought in the peak of the season in April.. closed in June.. now they are more desperate and I think the earnest money now for TM is $50🤣.. mine was $5K. Yes, 10K homes… they have like 10 builders now.. I have some warranty stuff they are fixing 🤦🏾‍♀️Yes, Denver is beautiful besides when we have snow storms 😩.. I’m a mail carrier w the Post Office, so we outside in them elements.. I hope you have a wonderful week!

@ oh that is good, and got money back at closing, even better. 😂 not $50 for the EM. They want to make sure they get people in all those homes. But, it’s good that you were able to get a good deal on your home. And, stay on them about fixing those items under your warranty. Oh, yea that snow and cold weather probably get crazy in the winter.🥶 I have just been to Denver twice, but not during the winter months.

@ 🤣😅 right! I’m still pretty cool w the lady in the sales office who showed us the home and she told me the other day. The new incentives. They are wild.. I think they are doing 2.75 for the 1st year and ending at 4.99… ppl love the mountains here. Ohhh okay! You came during the good weather! Yes.. it’s literally like pulling teeth to get some of this stuff done.. they have went thru like 3 warranty ppl since the 6 mos I’ve had my home. Thank you! I def will.. they KNOW me very well 😅

@ 😂 it’s always good to make friends with the people in the sales office. I did the same 😂. WOW, those incentives are crazy!! Yup, you gotta stay on those people, like white on rice 😂 😂
