What is indian pickle like? Where I'm from pickle is a combo of mustard different veggies and lots of vinegar

In general most pickles are made by marinating what you wanna pickle in turmeric, chilli powder and other spices etc then its left in the sun then lots and lots of tempered oil is added. It's kept away from even a drop of water and kept in sunlight for a couple of weeks until they're ready. Things that are usually pickled include raw mangoes, jackfruit, chillies, many types of veggies, berries... Even chicken and mutton and soooo much more.

The only thing wrong with the pickled eggs that Eugene did is that they needed to sit a week longer so they are pink the whole way through. They are actually quite good that way :)
