I managed my 200% EX run with 10* enemy damage, 0 mario and partner starting HP level, 0 mario and partner HP growth per level, and a few other things to bring it far Past 200, then dropping enemy HP to around 30%. Everything was instakills on both sides, but first strikes and going first makes that Far better for the player than the enemies.
