The nails did come out cute, but I totally agree, saviland polygel is so difficult to work with, especially with dual forms. The black glitter definitely made them look a lot better! And, girl, don't stress, you are SO appreciated for putting out so much new content consistently 🖤🖤🖤

I have found that using whatever slip that comes with that poly gel, tends to work better. I am newer to poly gel, but i have found that the dual forms work pretty well. LOVE THE VIDEO AS USUAL!! ❤❤

I agree with the mini lamp. It would work for flash curing the dual forms, but not a full cure. My dual forms go right in the trash. I'm not a fan either. 😊 Saviland polygel does tend to be more sticky and soft in general. The set still turned out cute!!! 🖤 Thank you for sharing. 🥰

❤ excited for this video had to pause and say I just got this kit and used the forms, it was going well until the bottom of the tube blew out and I got that stuff everywhere 😂 it was a mess but I put the lid back on and just scooped from the bottom of the tube. It was my first attempt ever with poly gel and I think I did …okay lol looking forward to seeing how you do it thanks 😊 really enjoying your videos 👍

Ive seen where some people would do very thin layer of colored poly gel then put clear poly gel over it so they don’t accidentally file into the color product and it saves more i guess since clear is supposedly cheaper than colored I don’t do poly gel but that’s what I’ve seen in some videos lol. I hope it helps if you try it that way !

Hey Brandi! just a tip for using black polygel. NEVER FILE IT! it will ALWAYS TURN GREY. so this is how I do it.... Step 1: Normal nail prep, and base coat. easy Step2 : Apply a nail form.... I know what a pain right... WRONG, stay with me here! Step 3: Sue a dreaded dual form! ahhhhhh I know this is the easy part, trust me! Step 4: apply the dual form as normal and cure! YES with the nail form underneath. Step 5 : remove the dual form AND the nail for and cure the underside of the nail! Now you can gently file any stray or rough edges. The nail, top and bottom should and will be smooth as a baby' bum! Top filing is NOT NECESSACERY ! Just remember to clean with whatever slip solution you normally use! THE RESULT???? PERFECTLY BLACK SHINY NAILS!
