Some really nice images! My back doesn't like getting down on my belly, but I can use my TLR to get those low angles a little easier. Not familiar with that film, will have to look into it, if it's available in North America. Cheers!

I don't fancy myself laying on the ground, whether because I'm out of shape or because I dislike getting dirty. I bought a 90° extension scope finder thing for 35mm that makes low or awkward shots far easier. Been using it on digital since I don't have an articulating screen.

I do a lot of scorpion macro photography and my favorite way of getting low to the ground without having to lay prostrate is to get on my knees, fold down low to where my abdomen is resting on my knee tops, and then position my head low to the ground and tilted sideways to see into the viewfinder. It's the only way I can do it without my belly getting stabbed by cactus thorns and other spikey bits in the sand.

I would love to see you try the Adox CMS 20 with the Adox chemicals. Apparently the level of detail that you can get is insane. It would be interesting to see how large of a print you could make with it.

@@MrRom92DAW I'd also like to see how big a 35mm negative can be enlarged (16×20" maybe ?), would be a great comparison to regular speed medium format films (400 speed MF vs 35mm CMS 20).

Having tried numerous paper developers, I can say that the Adotol Konstant is the best in my opinion. Gorgeous tones, deep, rich, cool blacks and just keeps forever, unlike Foma developers whic oxidize rather quickly after diluting.

Real nice work Roger. Loved that bit about the Victorian shoe brusher. It's one I never came across (I love Sherlock Holmes and that period romanticized). Chemicals, particularly developer, do oxidise once opened but the trick is to transfer the contents to smaller bottles as you begin to use it up thus excluding as much air as possible.
