I remember using my friends screen tablet and it was super difficult that might just be because her tablet tends to be diagonal from her computer and usually I like having the tablet direct infrunt of my laptop. Also I wasn't used to how her program was set up on her computer.

I think you totally can just place the tablet flat on the table, but I think that would not be good for the neck since you would have to look down at it

I've had the same tablet for a few years - Idk if it's just my computer or what, but it frequently disconnects from it, forcing me to change the settings of my computer before restarting it completely. It also randomly turns on during the night, forcing me to get up and reopen then close my laptop head constantly until it decides to go dark again. All in all though, this was my first drawing tablet as a whole, so it's worked well.

I have a wacom screen tablet. I don't know exactly which one, but I absolutely LOVE it. It doesn't need to charge, you just plug it into the wall and then your computer (With the macbook I use I had to get something separate that connected the wires to the computer cuz macbook be like that. But with my chromebook that i usually don't ever draw on it just plugs right in.) and you have a drawing tablet! It's easy to set up and It's literally light as a feather so I just stick it in my backpack when I want to use it on trips (it also comes with the black case yours came with). The only thing that is kind of annoying is the tablet stand is low and I hurt my neck by looking down so much, but otherwise, amazing tablet! (Pretty pricey tho ngl...) I'll update if I find the exact model tablet.

Woooo it's so cool that the company reached out to you (or something like that i don't know much about such thing)! To be honest you kinda inspired be to get my first drawing tablet (i got one without the screen for Easter) and i fortunately just jumped into using it without many issues. I had and still have way more issues with the drawing program, probably just because I am like "Leave me alone, I'll figure it out myself". Yeah so that's the story, have a nice day/night

As someone with a screen tablet too I’d say all of what u said is the same with my tablet. Although I do have a dif brand. Also when u pulled out the pen I was so happy cuz at that moment I was holding my pen AND WHEN U PUT THE GLOVE ON I WAVED MY HAND TOO CUZ I HAD MY GLOVE ON AT THE SAME TIME- It’s official we are now twins you cannot say otherwise.

Nice, Northflowo! If you want to feel even more like you’re drawing on paper, you can get a clear plastic cover for the screen with a little bit of texture so that you get that nice friction! It might be bad for your nib wear though.

I have had two drawing tablets, both of them were the wacom tablet you used to use. The first one I got is the small size and the second one I got(after I lost the first and couldn't find it(it resurfaced two years later lol)) was a medium one. I now have both but only use the medium one, though I might buy a new pen, as mine's nib has worn away to nothing at this point.

Used this tablet for about 2 years and frankly I did NOT enjoy it, the pressure broke irrapairibly so that it had the world smallest range of pressure, I couldn’t change a single shortcut button (every time I tried, it’d swap back no matter what I did! Same thing with it being a second monitor). This tablet left a veeery bad taste in my mouth, buyer beware! The customer service was not good either, all they did was tell me to keep re-installing drivers. Loved the review tho :3

@@Northflowo mhm! But the good thing is that the more reviews you manage to do, the more reliable your reviews become. And plus your points are still valid no matter how many tablets you have reviewed. It's common knowledge to be a bit wary of reviews from people with fewer tablets under their belt- so hopefully you'll be able to get some more! Frankly I'd even just enjoy seeing you review your old tablet for comparison since you used it for so long. Oh! One more word of warning! Careful that the people sending you the tablets dont try to rope you into anything shady! A youtuber by the name of Crowne Prince did a video about some of the scummy stuff some tablet providers tried to get her to do, so be on the lookout hun!

I might get this tablet for Christmas as my first one (yes I know it doesn’t seem like a first tablet, I tried to ask for a 80 dollar Wacom but my dad insisted on asking for a better one lol) might be a big jump but I’m used to drawing on my iPad so it might be good for me. I actually got this one back in 2018! And I've *never* gotten the pen pressure to work in Photoshop 😫 It registers the pressure in the Gaomon app, but it doesn't seem to translate to Photoshop. Do you have any tips for getting this to work?

Interestingly with mine it doesn't register the pen pressure in the gaomon app, but does seem to work ok everywhere else? I don't have photoshop but the pen pressure is working fine in firealpaca

My Wacom One Screen tablet decided today when I went to draw, that the calibration was going to be off by like a centimeter- So I didn't end up drawing.....and it really really sucked. I was using a Dell (not sure what model) where I had previously used it with an MacBook. The Wacom control center also decided that it wouldn't realize the tablet was plugged in, so I couldn't adjust the settings. I tried restarting, unplugging the tablet- nothing worked. If anyone knows why, please let me know! Thanks!
