Trying a SUPER affordable laser cutter… is it good? || WainLux K10 Mini Laser Engraver Review

This is the most affordable laser engraver I've ever personally worked on so to say I was curious how it would perform would be an understatement. This is the WainLux K10 3Watt Laser and I put it to the test on a range of materials to really get a feel for my thoughts on it. Enjoy :)

This would be great for someone doing Farmers Markets or Craft Shows since it can be operated from phone and it small.

Yes! One of my first thoughts was for someone wanting to customize bags or packaging for farms markets or craft shows

I picked this up for engraving vork handles on vustom fishing rods I build. It does very well. Only downfall is theres no rotary tool out for it yet according to wainlux as of 6/26/24.

Nice review - I was surprised how well it did on the cutting board. Did it do OK on wood - would have liked to see that. If it did it would be a good entry level machine for someone very cost constrained.

The black card is for focusing, not for your test print.

What do you mean you have no idea why you would use the part where you can make your own design?? Of course it would be for if one wants to draw or compose their own unique design to engrave...😏
