I’ve used my heather Austin palette three times now. Each time I’ve done axis as transition, PA02 in outer corner/crease, and each time I’ve done a different lid shade. One day I used 0603. I didn’t think I could like anything more than that! Then I used Hey Ya’ll the next day. I loved that even more!!! Today I’m using Passport. I’ve loved each look each day!

I'm trying to use what I have and be more picky w purchasing palettes this yr, but I just pre-ordered this last night. This one didn't appeal to me until I saw them on the eye in Beauty and the Frizz's and badtothebrow's videos bc they were able to show the shifts in the multichromes so well. I've been wanting to try some strong shifting multichromes and this seemed like a good palette to do that with. 🤩 I loved all ur looks but the second one stood out the most. It has that oil slick, chrome gradient. It reminds me of the sunsets/sunrises in futuristic cities in movies and anime.

It sounds like something might be wrong with your order, so if you haven't contacted them I would, especially since you didn't have the pre-order. I ordered on a the Friday it launched (3/25) and had it in my hands by Monday afternoon on 3/28 and I did not pay extra for shipping. I was completely shocked by this, to say the least. And I'm certainly NOT bragging here, just an example of what the shipping was like on this palette. Wonder if your order was misplaced or something?? I hope you get it very soon!

Hi Steff! Beautiful looks! 💜 I got my palette this past Monday and used it all week. My thoughts are this. The dark mattes are a bit hard to work with, particularly PA02 like you mentioned. And I noticed it fades a bit throughout the day, I wore my looks for 12+ hours. When it comes to the multichrome/shimmer shades they are very pretty, but I have to be honest. I have shades just like this from sugar drizzle that are much less expensive and I think they are more impactful and shimmery than the shades in this palette. Adept is very hyped up and I was expecting a lot.. but I don't feel they lived up to that hype for me. I do love the palette though and I do love Heather. I was happy to support her by purchasing this palette. Have a nice weekend lady! 😊

I received this palette from Adept Cosmetics. The most stunning blue shade (called Scrubs) turned to defective. I saw hiden bubbles in refil under a pigment. After only two swatches the shade became liquid (or jelly). Its quality is spoiled, it is impossible to wear it.

Pretty palette but too many shimmers for me. I think the green shadow and the brown matte shades did look a bit patchy. But she created some beautiful duochromes congrats to her.
