@@obama-naija7666 Still doesn't make sense. They knew what pizza was because it was already popular. Who doesn't know pizza? They know Shawarma because that is also very popular, they sell it everywhere even in Nigeria. They know what egusi is because it has become popular in the last 5 years or so. Do you know what "carbonara", "pappardelle" or "casoncelli" is? If I don't translate it for you? Will you know? Unless you do your research you won't know because it's not everywhere that this dishes are known. You name the food with their original name, translate it once, that way they learn to know/remember what they're eating.

Kam you're supposed to put a little bit of stew on the rice and not the other way around 🙆 or better still. : get another plate and take out a smaller portion of rice : take out some stew from the stew plate just so you don't mess up the large portion of rice in case you want to keep some rice and stew for later . Note: When stew touches rice you have to either finish it or store it in your fridge if you can't or it will get spoilt

You can eat it with the jollof or use the sweet bread to make it into a sandwich and the tomatoe stew as your sauce, it will be banging. Also, it would be nice if you had the name/address of the restaurant you tried the food from that way you share the love, people can go there and experience it for them themselves. Lovely. You should try kilishi ( Nigerian beef jerky), fufu(cassava ) and egusi, amala(dried yam flour fulu) and ewedu or ogbono(wild mango seed soup), ...try asun( ahsoon...goat meat cooked and fried in its own oils) Agege is pronounced agaygay bread... That suya spice you like so much is called yaji in hausa. It is a peanut, pepper, bullion cube, onion powder, ginger powder , garlic powder, clove powder, black pepper ppser dry rub that is used to coat the meat pieces before and after roasting. That seasoning you're talking about could be one of our many chicken or beef stock cubes like maggi, knorr, Mr Chef or Royco stock cubes
