Cindy, I'm so happy to hear you're back in the full system for Q4. If I can help in any way, just reach out. ❤️

Talking about hang ups... I ran until I got injured in late 2020. My old running shoes had elastic laces. I have new running shoes that came with normal laces... Guess what was stopping me from making that step to go running - having to tie up normal laces. New running shoes now have elastic laces. All for making anything easier to start.

Good luck on this next quarter! Would love to see a PWM in this and also a vlog on how a workday goes using the board, planner and digital calendar.

The mashup of HB90 and Makselife is interesting - I'm looking for ideas as I'm currently revamping my goal planning system this quarter as I've completely fallen off. Been debating between diy and a premade planner for next year. It's a matter of cost vs time and effort to create it. One planner I'm currently leaning towards is the 90x goal planner, though it only covers 90 days. I've been feeling very easily overwhelmed of late and it seems pretty minimalist, with limited prompts, may be somehow enough to break down goals and keep me on track. Depending on what people are looking for I'm not sure if 90x would be worth a review or not, or if others would be interested, also not sure about the cost for what you're getting with it. I think my trouble currently is more the breaking down goals into actions and staying on track part, rather than the figuring them out in the first place part. I don't really know that I want to go into an in depth process for next year like with the makselife or powersheets type planners. Next year I'd like to keep it simple.

This motivated me to redo my home planner and get back in rings (it's weird but not weird that my work planner works and keeps me on track, but my home one is a sad underused mess, I'm with everyone else falling on and off the bujo train). Between severe asthma still being a jerk and recovering from covid (shocker, long covid looks like it's going to be the thing, especially the brain fog, it's BAD), I also need to get with it that this is my present crap baseline and I need to stop acting like I can hang in there for a good day. These are my good days!

I feel you on the lack of a creative outlet impacting your mental health. I had a really scary neuro episode that lasted all of February and part of March (which no one knows what it was or if it’ll happen again 🙃). One of the bigger things I’m still dealing with is extra brain fog (on top of what I already had, plus pain, fatigue, and everything else). I’ve been so concerned that I’ll get confused, screw stuff up, and be even more upset that I haven’t crocheted since January (my longest break in years) and haven’t cross stitched at all this year. I keep saying I’ll do it, but either something comes up health wise or I just talk myself out of it. I have been doing some fun stuff in my bujo, but then I can barely get myself to use it. Very frustrating. Chronic illnesses are all-encompassing, those dicks

Would love to see a daily PWM. I'm hoping to get into doing creative work and any glimpse into your work planning process is interesting to me. Off-topic, but I am a chronic pain patient and I want to specifically thank you for being so open about your pain and also your need to frequently use prescription pain meds. There is so much shaming (even from doctors) around pain management these days, and pain patients are treated with so much suspicion. Your openness about all the ways you manage your pain, the meds you take, how often you have to stop working and rest, etc is so helpful for my mental health.

totally feel u on the little things keeping you from using your tools. I bullet journaled for like 2 years in the leuchtturm journals and then decided to get one with thicker paper and I barely even touched it. Once I switched back I’ve been using it again 😂

Thanks for the video, your way of using the Kan ban board has inspired me to get mine back up. I was feeling like it was redundant but if I use it to keep my weeks priorities in focus that would help me immensely. Thanks again!

When you're feeling poorly try scrap art like taking random washi tape and placing it down on paper with paint strokes for some mindless abstracts with marker or pen line art no plan just vomit some stuff down MOOD ART " I feel shitty today and this shitty day is black and browns and all the that are vomit pain and weakness" you might find some creative connection to art vomit how this helps and hoping all good things to you and yours For Sunny/Sonny blessed be
