I am not a meat eater, so those exquisite dishes that Philip enjoyed, don’t appeal to me. I am glad he enjoyed it and encouraged others to partake. 🙈😳😂

Watched earlier but didn't get the chance to comment. Very nice that you have experienced this event. People are so pleasant there. I have never heard of potatoe wine. God blessed everyone of those vendors. ❤🙏👌✋️👍🏽✌️💯🇬🇾✔️

Beautiful pieces! Why not put these vendors where the "high tourist" areas are? Some sit there all day and hardly a sale

My Dad went to Guyana on long three day weekends, and went hunting for labba in the bush with his brother and another friend. He brought back the smoked labba meat. I think my Mom used to stew it in some kind of sauce. We would often find buckshot pellets in the meat. LOL

When my Dad came back from Guyana, he would bring cassava bread. We used to toast it on the stove top open fire, and spread butter on it. It was delicious. That was half a century ago.
