for me the concealer is great if u set it really quick. if not it will settle in every single line you have even the ones you didn’t know it was there. Eye glosses are best for editorial looks or something done for a short amount of time. it does not wear well. My favorite products are the powder and stick blushes, the highlighter, lengthening mascara, lipsticks, the matte formula in their eyeshadow palettes, and i personally like the gel shadows (i know those aren’t for everyone and sometimes they get kind of patchy but i love the effect they give. mine are dried out at this point and just by adding water they look way better than when they were still gel).

I’ve tired her perfume and I love it!! Always wondered what the makeup was like but sometimes celeb makeup brands are over rated . You look so gorgeous girly ❤ you look like you did you hair differently !! I love it ❤

It’s a bummer you didn’t like the base products but I definitely get where you’re coming from. Ulta didn’t offer the in between shade so I got one that was a bit light for me, same thing with the concealer. It’s always hard to guess. I’ve used the foundation multiple times now for months, it is definitely hit or miss for me. The foundation definitely brings out any dryness on your skin, I notice flakes of skin by the end of the day. BUT when my face is nicely hydrated and I set it with my Laura mercier in my oilier parts, it looks beautiful! Overall it is a pretty reliable foundation for me. The coverage is pretty good and it photographs well. I do enjoy the concealer, although it can also emphasize dryness as well. I only use a small amount bc it is pretty thick. When the brand first came out I purchased multiple products because I am a big Ari fan, however I definitely over-consumed because I really only use the base products regularly. For some reason I just don’t have the urge to use my eyeshadow palette and lip products from them. But when I do use the lip oil I enjoy it. I feel like some of the lip colors I picked just don’t look great on my lips. They run on the ashy side on me instead of a l nude. For now I really just call it a collection type of situation since I just don’t use it that much but can’t throw them away because they were a little pricey 😂

some advice for the foundation: 1. it's a great formula, if you want a light coverage apply the amount you did. if you want more coverage an extra pump of product will be enough. 2. to conceal the contrast between the shade and your skin colour i'd recommend applying it throughly to the neck, chest and shoulders before you buy your right shade!

I’ve heard really good things about the REM cream blush for cheeks and lips and I’ve been dying to get my hands on one for a long time. I do have a lip gloss that looks like the eye gloss packaging, it’s their pumping formula in the shade detention and it’s really nice

I use the under eye balm not only under my eyes but also as a face primer, then the concealer in my skin tone, instead of a lighter shade, where I need it. It is really pretty on my skin. I haven’t tried her foundation. Maybe try the concealer that way and see if it works for you.

honestly, i'm surprised you didnt like the foundation, i love it. i have a slightly more oily/combo skin type. it just leaves me with the prettiest sheen and it is extremely buildable. it does have some skinecare ingredients so it might clash with other products with skin care ! honestly this brand isnt for everyone but i love a lot of the products.

So I really do enjoy this brands lip & cheek products the most…the price point is pretty good & wear time is quite good too. It’s the packing & the weight of the products that makes me really happy! Btw the Everything Nice lip balm smells amazing & feels luxurious! Scraping the bottom of the tube rn & definitely getting another! Oh the glosses smells like vanilla…oh & the lip oils are great, they are a lil touch minty. Also the Full Night Sleep cooling eye gel is fantastic!

I tend to steer clear of most celebrity brands. I never really felt drawn to this one. The packaging looks cheap for the price point, the vibes are not giving me Ariana Grande at all, and reviews have been mixed to mostly negative on the majority of products. The matte eyeshadows from rem are really pretty. I love blending it all over my eye and crease and then putting a shimmer over it. I also really like the highlighter! I haven’t tried much else from the brand.

I actually really love REM foundation! It's like the BB version of Haus Labs. For me, I have to use their primer with it. It's a super watery-silicone that I think helps with texture. Haven't used anything else from them so it was nice to watch!❤

I haven't tried anything, but among those creators I watch the shade Fem-bot for the liquid eyeshadow is raved about. That shade only. The foundation most everyone liked, the concealer everyone hated. The blushes and bronzers are a love, and the highlighter in the Miss Mercury shade particularly. Also, the lipsticks most all liked.

For a great liquid eyeshadow in gorgeous shades that lasts literally all day through sweat / heat / anything, my recommendation is for Gen See mixed media matte and metallic liquid shadows (can also use on cheeks and lips)

i adore rem beauty and im not saying that bc im a fan. i say this because im allergic to a lot of ingredients in makeup and it gives me severe rashes and blisters and makes me break out bad but when i tried rem beauty it changed everything for me. its so pigmented and feels great for me. i’ve only had issues with the liquid eyeliners but everything else is usually pigmented for me at least. i own the babydoll palette and i bought it the day her beauty brand launched and i still use the palette to this day. it was pigmented when i first bought it and its still pigmented 3 years later.

Jess: The REM line is good. But the products are very specific. First, when you put the foundation on, you looked like a ghost. You need the correct shade, and do good skin prep with a good moisturizer/let it sink in, before you go in with the correct shade of foundation. If you had done that, you would've loved it. The gel eyeliners absolutely cannot be put over the liquid shadows and/or eye gloss, that's why it was a disaster. I love the eyeshadows, I have a teal color and it's gorgeous. They do dry fast but here's a trick: If you put one tiny drop of visine or just saline eye drops into the liquid shadow, then put the cap on and shake well, you won't have to work as fast and it won't dry immediately so it gives you more time to blend it how you want it. But the gel eyeliner absolutely cannot go on top, it has to go on dry eyes after foundation, concealer & powder. I don't even listen to Ariana Grande's music & I know nothing about her personal life or anything, but I do like the REM products. I had no idea they were her line when I first tried them, LOL!

I’ve used a lot of products from this brand. I think the foundation for me is a hit but I have oily combo, I say try it again but a different shade. The concealer is ok. Try the highlighters they’re good. And I agree that her powder products are good! I heard the cream blushes are great! I like her setting spray as well!

Now idk what you feel yet cuz i’m writing this as i just started the video but let me tell you my holy grail items from R.E.M. the foundation is AMAZING (i’m combo skin), the bullet lipsticks are *chef’s kiss* and the underrated item: the cream blushes that actually work as lipstick too! The powder blushes are also SUPER blurring and recommend those. Also, the plumpers are so lovely i just hate the packaging. And the new lip balm (drip glossy balms) are THE BEST!!!

Thanks for testing these products for us! Good to know some if them lack quality. That eyelid gloss I don't get at all... was popular a few years ago, as far as I remember. I would not strive to get "glossy" lids that just would look oily/greasy and creasy. Must be from that hyped "glass skin trend". Not directed to you, Jess, more to the brand creating a - in my opinion - totally unnecessary product. But of course, those who like that look will buy it.
