I love boat noodle! Of all Asian noodle soup types (pho, bon bo hue, ramen, udon) Boat noodle is the best!

As I am typing this, I have 1 month 1 week 5 Days 13 hours and 22 minutes till I'll be in Thailand again and back with all that yummy food and beautiful people. But who's counting 🤣🤣🤣🤣 I hope Opal and Patrick haven't eaten all the food before I arrive 😱❤🌹

FYI the Kae noodle recipe did not come from dwarfs . The world Kae come from Jeen Kae ( จีนแคะ) or Hakka Chinese. So Kae noodle mean Hakka style noodle.

Yes, you are correct. Most of the place with populations of Hakka has khae/khek noodles or Hakka noodles. Maybe because of Hakka is minority among other majority thai-chinese in thailand like Teochew and Hokkien, most of people not realise that noodles relate to them. The most popular Khae noodles in BKK is Bamee Khae in Soi Convent, Silom.

I am a half-Hakka,half Cantonese Chinese from Singapore , and Hakka, like Teochew, Hokkien or Cantonese is major Dialect group from Guangdong and Fujian China. Hakkas are known for the origin of the Yen Ta Foo in Bangkok now. Or more commonly known as Yong Tau Foo in South East Asia. The version you had, without the pink sauce, it's the soup edition of the Original Yong Tau Foo. The most common being the one with the pink sauce version. And Kae does not mean dwarfs either, but there is a very interesting story to the Hakka people, just like the Chompa community in Baan Krua area. Go read it up.

Hi Opal. I am hugely let’s go eat. Beef delicious. Sure wish I was not a wimp when it comes to spice. Agreed 10 out of 10. Yum sausage 8 out of 10 from me. Yummy and delicious coconut custard 10 out of 10 from me. Love sweet potatoes. Absolutely Loved Every Second // Absolutely Outstanding From Start To Finish

i have heard that in Bangkok there are eating contest such as if you eat 3 kg of noodles within 30 minutes in Mister Yang chief noodle you don't have to pay. Take us there.
