Sorry but that is not an authentic or good version of a beef Wellington, I would always eat the meatballs like in Sweden (mashed potatoes, meatballs with special brown sauce, peas, lingonberry sweet-sour jam 🥰), but if you enjoyed it that is great. ✨

Yes, that’s not an authentic Beef Wellington, however it was really delicious and I really enjoyed it 😋 Also the price is reasonable so it’s like a budget friendly version of Beef Wellington 🤗
