Actually, Church's Chicken originated in San Antonio across the street from the alamo in the 1950's. Whataburger originated in the Corpus Christi area. Might I also suggest you throw some Pico de Gallo, or salsa, onto your taco next time. It should yield a more interesting result. The fried chicken has gotten better over the years as they seem to have moved to a lighter, less cakey, and crunchier crust than that of the past.

Bill millers is TERRIBLE now. It’s barely chicken and the rest is fried. In the 90s it actually had quality.
