I did the chole ting 2 week shed, loved it I saw results around day 10 stick with it and it will start to define the lines on you abs mostly side lines and the middle line. But remember every one's bodies are different!!

Ashley!! i have hanging drying racks that hang on the ceiling but go up and down on a pulley system! all u need is a metal dolly and then some string and a rack. lmk i fu have any questions! LIFE CHANGER! And then it’s not in the way or on the floor!

Good morning, so PUMPED that you are still on the meditation grind - has really helped me these past couple of months to stay focused throughout the day! "The purpose of driven life seen an amazing read - having the reason you are in this life delved into seems like my kind of read! Hello recipe hyaluronic serum seems decent might try after current one ran-out! The fruit and almond combination would be great combination for pre-work-out thanks Ashley; always was slightly dizzy after cardio this will help! That is acceptable few times a week is better than nothing found that kind to myself about not working-out as much; with not eating as much maintained healthy body-weight! Congrats have seen the Chloe Ting work-out they are tough; that would be AMAZING for you to film! X
