Would you ever consider doing a deep burgundy smoky eye look? I know it may be a bit outside of your comfort zone, but I’d love to see how you’d make it work with your coloring. I really have a new appreciation for cream shadow sticks and cream eyeshadow pots. Fallout from eyeshadow can enhance my dark under eye circles- and I don’t want that. Cream shadows stay where I put them and glide on as easily as a powder. I can also use them on the lower lash line without it making a smudgy mess. I love that Colorpop is coming out with more of them and would actually love to see an entire “palettes “ of cream shadow sticks or pots!

So I’m right there with you on the eyeshadow topper shades. I miss the pigmented and high shine metallics, along with high pigment payoff glitters. I hate all these topper shades. The ones in the ND I Need a Nude just don’t make enough impact on the eye for me. I just bought the Adept Cosmetics Ninhydrin eyeshadow palette since it was on sale. I LOVE duochromes and multi chromes and it had a lot. I can’t wait to try it! A shifty shade on the lid and a crease color is all I need!

I’m trying to do a no buy, so I’m just here to window shop. 😅😉 The Ravie beauty blushes definitely remind me of the Laura Gellar blushes. The OG of baked blushes. As for the Patrick Ta foundation, I definitely think you need a different shade. In the zoomed in portions, you can really see the difference in the center of your face, where you applied the majority of the foundation, and the perimeter of your face, and your neck. It’s definitely looks more yellow on you. I’m also one that doesn’t want to have to work so hard to make an item work for me, to be honest. But I know everyone is different, and different products work for different people! Thanks for the reviews, Jen. Hope you continue to feel better! 🙏💓

I agree it was too yellow. Unfortunately he didn't offer any cool toned shades in the light range. The only cooler/rosy shades were in the very fair shades, which are too light for me. The light shades were either peachy warm, golden, or neutral so I went with neutral. :(

Adding a source of humidity in your living room or bedroom helps a lot with dry skin and hair and nostrels irritation in winter. I grew up in Iraq and we had kerosene or propane area heaters. We always put a kettle of water on top, also it shows on skin when you consume a little bit more water

Hmm it's hard to say! For a while it seemed like brands weren't releasing eyeshadow but there does seem to be an uptick. I think the Fall is an especially heavy time for makeup releases in general because of the coming holidays.

I am drawn to the dark colors in the shadow palette ... with Nights Like This lipstick (they say it's long lasting too!) and that rich rose (Obviously) blush. Would you create a look with them? These darker colors are right up my alley!

I am late watching this, but I loved every single second of it. I'm glad you are feeling better. I loved everything you tried, and I have many things on my wish list now. Just one thought, when you used the shimmer shade from the Sigma eyeshadow palette, you didn't use a glitter glue, but you did with the Colourpop. I think when you are trying out something, you should use it in the manner you would usually use any similar product. I think that is the best way to see if you are going to like how something performs in your normal life. Of course, you are trying everything to show us, and not all of us use glitter glue-like me, but only because I keep forgetting to buy it- so using it as is is a good thing too. I didn't care for the Patrick Ta foundation. It almost seemed to have a slight opalescent effect, as well as an oily look, on top of a yellowish cast on your skin. It looked best on the last try, with the color correcting powder on top. Thanks for trying everything on for us. Especially the Ravie Beauty blush. I think it Especially looked beautiful. 💜

Hi, glad you are feeling somewhat better. It sucks to be sick. A lot of people are sick, right now, in my area too. I'm doing all that I can to avoid it, as much as possible. Anyway, you've truly been missed. I've been busy working a lot, trying to clean house, and sleeping in between. I decluttered some makeup, skin care products, and misc. makeup products I either dont use, have used, but wasn't impressed with, or just wasnt my vibe. I sent it all to my bestfriend outta state. I moved my furniture around, too. So, its kept me pretty busy. Otherwise, I just came to see ya and the goodies you got. I am most likely going to get that new CP palette. Ever since the change in weather or season, I've been into the darker/cooler toned burgundy ruby shade with blacks, browns, and gray tones. Like grungy tones. They're just so beautiful. That sigma palette is STUNNING! Like, I'm impressed. But you know me, I love me some eyeshadow palettes. I go Gaga over them. Anyway, sending you hugs filled with love.

Hi Jen. Thanks for another excellent video! Very recently I found a tubing mascara that is amazing! It’s called Sara Creal lengthening and thickening and you can layer and it doesn’t get crunchy, it remains beautiful and soft and lasts all day. It’s tubing and remove super easy with warm water. Please try it and let us know what you think! All her products look beautiful too!💕🙏🏻

There are some nice products I would like to try. A highly pigmented lip oil is so exciting for me. I want to give the mascaras a try including the Caliray tubing mascara and those lovely blushes. Are you going to try the Lisa Eldridge foundation (not the skin tint) again? Loved the format of this video. 👏🥰 You can make the matte lips by applying a little on and blend it in with your finger. How are the Ravie blushes compared to the Essence baked blushes?
