I literally have been on a taco kick for the past couple of weeks. I love that crunch when you first bite into it. I have never had a fish taco though. But I’m not a really big fish person, unless it’s fried. When I eat a corn taco, the tortilla has to hold up. If the tortilla starts falling apart, I consider it an epic fail. That Mickey pumpkin wreath is adorable. I know it’s gonna last year lifetime.

Flour would've held up better on the Summer Hse carne asada 🌮s. The corn tortillas should've been doubled up to keep them from flopping and falling apart. The Mahi 🌮 looked goooood!

Both times we have eaten in Disney Springs, I have been disappointed. The first was eating at Raglan Road. It was like an overpriced Captain D's. I did not care for it. Second, we tried the House of Blues. House of Blues was good, but it was also extremely pricey (but that bread and butter pudding is where it's at!) I think if we do go back and dine, I'd love to try Frontera or Boathouse. Both look amazing!
