Price is expensive for Malaysia but Pavillion Mall is a premium mall with Gucci, LV, Versace, Hermes, etc so the price point matches the location. That's pretty normal for a group of four having a single dish + simple dessert at a regular "non fancy" restaurant here. Prices for a regular meat/fish/chicken dish is ~$30-35 per person, ~$25-30 for salad/vegan and ~$15-20 for starters and desserts at your average local restaurant.

$132.33 USD for ALL THAT FOOD?! Here in rural northern California, that's almost exactly enough to buy all 11 chicken plates from our local Chinese place. If you go for beef or God forbid, prawn dishes, you're outta luck. These are just the combo plates that come with steamed/fried rice or chow mein. Not to put the local guys down at all, because the food's great and this IS California after all. $12 for a combo is pretty good even up here. It's hard to see exactly how many items were on that menu but Step 2 has 10 items, they considered the spag & cheese another item, and you have choices of your rice and noodles. Overall, especially for a posh mall, this seems like a good deal.
