Happy B-Day! If you are a gin man you should try the gins from the Finnish Kyrö Distillery Company, named Napue and Koskue. Those are the most internationally awarded Finnish alcohol products at the moment and probably the most exported, along with the Koskenkorva vodkas. Good stuff!

When I was at a festival just a few days ago, I tasted "Puolustuslaitoksen leikattua" which is close to Jaloviina but softer. Not bad, but I still washed it down with Leijona viina and that I washed down with beer. And that's how festivals go downhill very fast.

I'd recommend it to be freezer cold, half-solid like salmiakki. Also, no light coke with cocktails, booze lowers your blood sugar. Other than that, happy birthday and congrats for the coming wedding!

To the test: Jaloviina Kaski, Tervashotti, Finlandia Vodka, Leijona viina and Lapponia blueberry, it's usually used to make blueberry shots. Also a common shot is actually a mix of 2 spirits minttukossu so you put 50/50 koskenkorva and minttu in a shotglass.

Try the Koskenkorva Forest Berries! It's so goood!! And mix it with Novelle Plus sinkki + E. I know, sounds like a weird combination but it's really delicious😎 also, salmiakkikossu with Coca Cola is really good😉

Try Carillo, finnish bitter. It was one of the most sold drink, by litres, in the past. Minttu is also a great spirit drink, they have a salmiakki version too (black) ;)
