idk why they call it orzo but in greek this pasta is called kritharaki and its usually served with lamb or beef with a tomato sauce in greek households also since you guys loved lamb imagine easter sunday on the day jesus was supposedly resurrected on the 7th day greek households put 1 or 2 lambs on the skewers (souvles) along with other meat and have a huge gathering with all of the family eating together ( we always try to call dibs on the crispy lamb skin)

If one knows anything about greek cuisine and recipes, it becomes really obvious, that even though those are greek dishes, they definitely were not prepared in the greek way. Those are mediocre at best! Don’t expect to eat real greek cuisine in any US restaurant! The food in Greece tastes nothing like what you see in such videos. You should visit Greece and see what I am talking about! 😅

Completely untrue. Whenever it is in a nicer restaurant like this, for sure, but if you head over to KingSchratz for example, you'll see that there are for sure some real Greek places over in the US.

These dishes are certainly not Greek or something you will eat in Greece.
