The Red Chicken that you put up is a TANDOORI CHICKEN that is marinated with yogurt, garlic, ginger and onion paste and cooked in a Tandoor (Indian style oven). The chicken is usually juicy and tender with a crunch and black charr giving toasty earthy flavour.

Hey Folks : Welcome to trying out Indian Food for the 1st time.... The GREEN condiment that you tried out is a sauce mix of Mint, Coriander and some spices --- salt, toasted fennel etc. The BROWN condiment that you tried is a sauce mix of Sweet Tamarind, sugar, cardamom and other spices. The SAMOSAS are usually a fill of Potatoes, Peas and seasoning with spices. They are also available with fillings of Chicken, Mutton or Lamb and Paneer (Indian Cottage Cheese) marinated and with spices.

It's tamarind chutney not barbecue... Tandoori chicken is red because it's cooked in a tandoor grill not dye Indian food is always prepared fresh and does not use preservatives, processed items or food colorings..the use of spices like turmeric, saffron etc. and herbs like fenugreek, coriander etc. makes it healthy and gives flavour...every state in India has different cuisines ❤

The next time please do try out MUTTON CHOPS, MUTTON BIRYANI or MUTTON MASALA . Mutton is Goat Meat and Lamb (a Sheep meat).
