As a person living in india ......though we eat roti naan with our hands but never in my life have i ever eaten rice nor seen anyone here eating rice with hands.....but of course in the south people do eat with their hands ....so you don't need to fret ....just eat how you are comfortable .....it is the same as how people prefer eating noodles with chopsticks and fork ...they eat with whatever cutlery they are comfortable with😊😊😊😊

In south africa there is a curd called 'maas' it translates to sour milk in english. It's very similar to Indian dahi but more sour. So raita is called sour milk chutney in south africa. The name might put people off at first but it's delicious esp in summer time when humidity is 95% here in durban

Just because of k pop Korean every year gets billions of dollars in sales and tourism, if the BTS gang drinks soju it becomes a trend and immediately tens of thousands of soju is exported outside of their nation, if they advertise for Samsung it sell great even outside of Korea in US and Europe same case with Japanese anime it's not just 'entertainment' it's soft power US had always Knon it's power hence they used Hollywood perfectly how do Indians even know about pizza hut, Starbucks or even iPhone even before they opened any stores in India? Media influence we severely lack in this sector it has the ability to write global narrative Fr eg. Japan had done very horrible things in ww2 far beyond Hitler or anyone but now ask anyone they will say Japan is the most peaceful nation they literally changed their nation's views with just playstation and anime how much does anime influenced India u have any idea? All I'm saying is with the release of KZbin and Instagram we got an incredible opportunity to show our soft power, suddenly out of nowhere we do don't have to create anything like k pop, Hollywood or anime all we had to do is just watch and comment and people from developed nations are trying their best to praise India give exposure to our brands like tata, jio etc, our foods, movies etc. You get the point before 2007 literally no-one in the west knows butter chicken is an Indian food not British but after the rise of social media this changed In one video mr.beast explains this with more and more middle class Indians comming to internet it's necessary to make contents to appease them which includes showing proper indian map etc. global narrative is extremely important without that look at what happened to Russia

Thank you for trying Indian food. I was soo happy to see you try cottage cheese aka paneer. Most influencers don't try veg food. But Indian veg dishes are really super delicious. I'm from West Bengal by the way. I would suggest you to try more veg food and other non veg delicacies. Also if you ever try Indian food, I would suggest you to eat with your hands( no hate or offense to your content, it's obviously your wish to eat with cutlery or hands, I myself also eat with spoon , fork, knife sometimes. It's just that I want you to enjoy our dishes in our authentic way. Yk they will add another taste and emotion to your food. It's just a adventurous way to eat.
