your spice tolerance is quite high also put the pain white noodles on the lettuce and then put some fried rice on it then wrap the lettuce around it and eat it, it taste really good

Haha. Well I don't know if we're 100% correct, but I'm pretty sure that the Thai style uses fish sauce and the Lao style uses some sort of fermented shrimp/crab paste.

Real authentic Thai style uses only fish sauce . Laotian have many variations of papaya sauces . Hands of chefs from different regions. As for me I love to coat it with padek ( fermented fish mixed with dried shrimps and baby crabs ) tamarind, lots of cherry tomatoes, palm sugar, etc. we eat spicier than medium, but we can always adjust the spice level. Thank u for trying lao food, it’s very herbaceous, spicy, fragrant, funky, all types of flavors. Btw, Thai food originated from Laos they just put their spin on it.

SOOO SPICY!!! HAHA SNIFF SNIFF! SO CUTE! Huy is like. That's not too spicy. Audrey just maybe ate the CHILI. We have never had Lao food before, but we know it's similar to the countries nearby. I don't believe there are many Lao restaurants in the US so makes sense that it is Lao and Thai restaurant combined. DEATH and BURNINGG! HAHA. Love the ratings 7.5 -> 8! Hope you guys are well!

I think we only tried Lao food once but haven't really explored further. The papaya salad and sausage looks so good! Would love to try it if we can find it here. The crispy pork salad looks super crunchy and the curry soup is very mouthwatering. 😍
