Bro, it’s not advisable to take the most spicy 🌶 level with an empty stomach and also if your taste buds can’t handle it. It will not be enjoyable! The ingredients im sure are tasty but the level of 🌶 🥵 kills it. Watch out for gastritis, stomach ulcers or reflux disease and heartburn which are common for consuming over spicy 🌶 food! Drink more warm water if you like to consume spicy food.

That's scary! I loooove spicy and I enjoy eating spicy food. But for me, I think level 3 will be enjoyable 😂😂😂😂😂 please don't eat that red chilli peppers next time, it's dangerous especially when you eat that quick, it can accidentally go to the wrong pipe 😭 please try mark wiens ' food but with a level you can enjoy next time, cheers... 🎉
