There will be literally 0 circumstances where whispered words won't cost 4 mana, before the opponent is dead in this deck, and there will be close to 0 circumstances where hidden pathways won't cost 4. But if there's enough plunder in the meta, the black market merchant becomes significantly worse if they draw hidden pathways from our deck than if they draw whispered words, making it a meta call.

And yet in 3 games I had pathways not be activated and was forced to use it at 6. You just made a bad statement imo, instead of overjustifying it you can just go back on the word. Whispered is definitely better

*Imagine not playing around the oppoment playing magnificent benefactor, using hextech transmogulator to transform one of your units into benefactor, it generating ARAM which in turn generates Lux who DESTROYS the opponent if you have 6 mana hidden pathways. As swim said, it just comes down to a meta call.* Please ignore that benefactor and ARAM fullfill the cost reduction requirement. If you also have activated reputation *and* have another 2 mana spell the point still holds!

It's one of the Best F U tools for Karma decks, either for healing face in early and getting to 10 mana or for endgame survival, also since aggro is the biggest danger for Karma Health Pots on their own can ruin an aggro deck.

Decimate = 5 Mana deal 4 Health Potion = 1 Mana heal 3 it's basically a 5x cheaper reverse decimate that can also target units Health potion > Decimate confirmed, trust me I'm a professional health potion salesman
