My knees are 13.75 and calves 15 inch. Which size do you recommend for new PL sleeves? I compete and I have normal SBD M size sleeves for last 2 yrs which is now bit lose.

Maybe S with the new ones. You could probably get into a XS But very difficult to put on and off
