International shipping is expensive and alot of the time things can become lost more with International shipping, the risk of having to refund someone completely without recieveing the product back is something many can't afford to risk with being a super small business. Say a 300 dollar order with International shipping out of the country could destroy an etsy business if they had to refund without the ability to resell.

I definitely love it that Etsy always do their best to make us happy as a customer. And you should look into other dresses that are NOT prom dresses, but dining wear dresses and attire dresses for parties. Which I bought a dress myself that have bit of a flapper feel, but I’ll buy an actual Flapper dress later. Since this is a suggestion coming from me. And there are other dresses that you should look into that is budget friendly too that are under 500 dollars or, depending here.
